Favini intervenes using the ‘depectinized mash’, salvaged as a material of little interest and value. It is then creatively reused for the first time as a prime raw material for the production of high quality ecological papers.
Cherries are used in cosmetics and in the kitchen. the processing of this fruit into conserves and jams generates waste and by-products that can become an opportunity for the economy and the environment.
