Discover Sparto: The new paper from Favini

Monte Carlo, 29 September 2025 – At Luxe Pack Monaco 2025, Favini introduces Sparto, a new eco-friendly paper made from esparto grass fibres.

Esparto, which thrives in arid climates and helps fight desertification, replaces traditional cellulose. The paper’s unique appearance comes not only from this fibre, but also from the presence of post-consumer recycled fibres and bagasse, a by-product of sugar cane processing.

Available in three weights (120, 250 and 350 gsm) in 72×102 cm, Sparto is perfect for notebooks, shoppers, tags, and boxes, with the earthy tones and visible natural fibres enhancing its character.
